Our rescue runs almost entirely on the support of volunteers. Whether you have a few hours a month or time each week, your help makes a direct difference in the lives of the animals in our care.

Volunteer opportunities may include:

- Feeding and watering animals
- Cleaning enclosures and shelters
- Assisting with animal care and enrichment
- Helping at events or donation drives
- Farmstead maintenance and projects

- Transporting animals to the property

- Picking up and delivering donations/feed/etc.

- Assisting with photography, social media, or clerical duties

 

If you have a skill not listed that you think would be beneficial to the Rescue and Sanctuary, please reach out! No special experience is required, just a willingness to help and a love for animals. Volunteers of all skill levels are welcome.

Important Information Regarding Volunteering:

​

1.  We are not open to the public. We are on private property. Therefore, all volunteers must schedule volunteer time in advance and wait for Director's approval. Availability is subject to change based on seasons, weather, workload, etc.

2. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

​

3. All volunteers working on site must sign a liability waiver. Parents must sign for individuals under the age of 18. By entering the premises, you agree that you accept and understand all potential risks associated with working outdoors around animals.
